Residential

• Certificate of Connection from OBO
• Standard Electrical Plan duly signed & sealed by PEE and approved by OBO
• Copy of Cedula of building owner and SPA for the owner’s representative
• Copy of valid ID of building owner
• TIN

Retail Electricity Supplier

• DWSA – Distribution Wheeling Service Agreement
• Certificate of Connection from OBO
• Standard Electrical Plan duly signed & sealed by PEE and approved by OBO
• Copy of valid ID of building owner
• Copy of valid ID of representative
• 1 Primary ID or 2 Secondary IDs

Hospitals and Radio Stations

• Certificate of Connection from OBO
• Standard Electrical Plan duly signed & sealed by PEE and approved by OBO
• Copy of valid ID of building owner
• TIN
• Letter of Intent
• Cedula / Valid ID of building owner as QE Applicant
• SPA from the building owner if the application is filed by a representative
• Board Resolution authorizing the application if the applicant is a public/private corporation or organization

Net Metering (Renewable Energy)

The supplier presents the RE system and submits the following documents with the application:

• Description of RE System
• Connection Point Location
• Connection Plan and Equipment Specifications
• Specification of PV in compliance with Resolution #9, series of 2013
• Specification of Grid-tie Inverter / Hybrid
• Test and Commissioning Procedure
• Certificate of compliance with the international standard of the product
• Proof of similar installation of an RE facility by the supplier
• Certificate of Connection from OBO – installation of RE facility
• Standard Electrical Plan detailing the RE facility installation, signed & sealed by PEE
• Five-year demand forecast based on 5-year historical data and other relevant information
